Your order is packed discreetly using appropriate insulated materials. Our packaging material is purchased in the UK and ensures the correct temperature range is maintained during transportation. It is shipped by tracked delivery.
We aim to approve and dispatch your order within 24 hours of placing and making payment for your order. This does not include weekends or bank holidays. To comply with cold-chain requirement, orders are shipped Monday to Thursday in order to reach you within 24-48 hours. For example, if you place an order on Thursday 12pm, it may be dispatched on Monday the following week and delivered to you on Tuesday.
Please note that although we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we do not offer a guaranteed ‘next-day’ service. Due to the nature of the prescribing process involved, some orders can take several days to be approved. If you urgently require the medication please contact us by email.
MISSED DELIVERIES & RETURNED ORDERS
Please ensure someone is at your given shipping address to receive the medication. Buy Weight Loss Meds will not be liable for any replacements due to missed deliveries.
If your parcel is returned back to us due to repeated missed delivery attempts, Buy Weight Loss Meds will not issue a replacement or refund. Due to legislation surrounding the safety of cold-chain medication, any returned Saxenda pens cannot be re-sent and will have to be discarded. Please ensure you or someone else is available to receive the order on the day of delivery.
If you would like your order shipped at a particular day then please let us know and we would be happy to dispatch it on another day.
UPDATE ON YOUR ORDERS
If you have not received your order within 2-3 working days of placing the order then please contact us immediately. Courier companies will not open investigations into missing or undelivered parcels after 14 days of placing orders. If your order has not been delivered to you and you have contacted us more than 14 days after placing the order then unfortunately we may not be able to investigate this further.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is dispatched, you can track it using the courier’s tracking number. You will receive an email detailing the tracking information and a direct tracking link.
DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
Someone must be available to accept the delivery. These products are not available to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. Due to the nature of cold chain products the delivery address is not able to be changed once the order has been approved by our team.
